Deposit, Cancellation, Etc.
A $50 deposit is required for all trips.
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 72 hours of trip departure will incur a $50 charge!
Capt. Phil has the final word on weather cancellations.
Balance due and payable in cash or check on day of charter.
A word about tipping – Capt. Phil works hard for you, please take that into consideration when tipping.
